Evolution
Genesis 1,21 + 25
21 And GOD created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and GOD saw that it was good. (...) 25 And GOD made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and GOD saw that it was good.
The Bible teaches that GOD created each animal according to its kind. This fact contradicts the theory that modern animal species evolved from other species. This would mean that GOD created imperfect works. Such things could not be called "good."
Genesis 1,26 f.
26 And GOD said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. 27 So GOD created man in His own image, in the image of GOD created He him; male and female created He them.
The Bible teaches that GOD created humans in His image; that is, as a reflection of His character. This distinguishes us humans from animals, since animals are not made in GOD's image. Unlike animals, humans possess intellect, reason, and a conscience. Furthermore, GOD appointed humans to be rulers over all creation, which includes animals. If humans were merely a more highly developed animal, this statement would make no sense. More over, the Bible divides humans into man and woman, while animals are divided into males and females. This fact also fundamentally rules out any connection between these two species.
Genesis 2,7 f.
7 And the Lord GOD formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. 8 And the Lord GOD planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
The Bible teaches that GOD created the first human being directly from the dust of the ground. Even though animals are also made of dust, nowhere do we read that GOD made humans from animals.
Genesis 2,18-20
18 And the Lord GOD said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him. 19 And out of the ground the Lord GOD formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof. 20 And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
From the beginning, the Bible clearly distinguishes between humans and animals. It explicitly states that in the beginning, there was no helper suitable for Adam. If humans were animals, such a statement would be absurd, since all animals already existed in pairs. Furthermore, GOD gave Adam the privilege of naming the animals He had created. Furthermore, the Bible teaches that GOD abhors human sacrifice, whereas He favorably accepted animals as offerings in the Old Testament.
Genesis 2,21-23
21 And the Lord GOD caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; 22 and the rib, which the Lord GOD had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. 23 And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
The Bible teaches that GOD formed Eve from one of Adam's ribs. This fact also refutes the theory of species evolution. GOD created man and woman from the beginning to be a perfect match. They didn't have to evolve to that point.
Genesis 5,1-5
1 This is the book of the generations of Adam. In the day that GOD created man, in the likeness of GOD made He him; 2 male and female created He them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created. 3 And Adam lived an hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness, and after his image; and called his name Seth: 4 and the days of Adam after he had begotten Seth were eight hundred years: and he begat sons and daughters: 5 and all the days that Adam lived were nine hundred and thirty years: and he died.
The Bible teaches that the genealogy of humanity begins with Adam, the first human, and not with the animals. It also explicitly states that GOD called man "man" from the beginning. Thus, he was perfect from the very moment of his creation.
Psalm 33,9
9 For He spake, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast.
Romans 4,16-17
16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all, 17 as it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations, before him whom he believed, even GOD, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
The Bible teaches that almighty GOD can instantly bring things into existence from nothing through His word/command. Nowhere is there any indication that the act of creation described at the beginning of the Bible is not to be understood literally, but only "symbolically". The conclusion is that creation and evolutionary theory are completely incompatible.
Mark 10,42-45
42 Jesus called them together and said, “You know that those who are regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them. 43 Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, 44 and whoever wants to be first must be slave of all. 45 For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.”
Philippians 2,1-4
1 Therefore if you have any encouragement from being united with Christ, if any comfort from his love, if any common sharing in the Spirit, if any tenderness and compassion, 2 then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one in spirit and of one mind. 3 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, 4 not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others.
The theory of evolution is not only unbiblical and unscientific, but a thoroughly diabolical doctrine from which the spirit of Satan speaks. It stands in fundamental contradiction to the nature of GOD and His good plan for our life. For the principle of natural selection, which forms the core of the theory of evolution, is based on the basic idea that the stronger prevails while the weaker dies out. In contrast, GOD's law is one of love. True love is selfless and always oriented toward the well-being of others. Evolution, on the other hand, knows neither love nor morality, but aims at the sheer survival of a species at any cost. It is both highly selfish and merciless. The selfish behavior of many people, however, is by no means a confirmation of the theory of evolution, but rather shows the need of every human being for GOD, the source of love. Whoever carries GOD's love in their heart is able to love their fellow human beings and thus fulfill GOD's law for life. Love for GOD, in turn, is the foundation for a life of peace and freedom, without war and suffering.
